We collect and process your mobile phone number, consent status, message metadata (timestamps, delivery status), and support interactions for the purpose of sending one-time temporary passwords (OTP) for account login verification and password reset requests. We do not include PHI in SMS.

Subprocessors

We use Twilio as a service provider to deliver SMS messages.

We retain minimal SMS metadata for security, compliance, and audit purposes in accordance with applicable regulations.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest for systems handling your data. For sensitive information, please access your account via our secure portal; we do not send PHI via SMS.
