These SMS Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") describe how Maui Medical ("we", "us", "our") sends text messages related to account security.

Authentication/OTP: One-time temporary passwords sent for account login verification and password reset requests. No marketing content.

Messages are sent for login verification (each login attempt) and password reset requests. Frequency varies based on your account activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan.

Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You may reply START to resubscribe.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. We do not include PHI in SMS. For sensitive information, sign in to your account.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must provide your own mobile number and be the primary user. Do not enroll a phone number you do not own.

We may update these Terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
